Eten: er waren geen smaak bommetjes heel jammer.
Service: ober was vriendelijk maar kwam weinig aan tafel zeker na het hoofdgerecht. En voor de rekening duurde ook wel lang.
Sfeer: blijkbaar iets serieus fout gelopen, plots waren ze stoelen en tafels aan het bij zetten terwijl er al veel mensen in de ruimte zaten.
Voor ons viel het tegen .
Jammer want we hadden hoge verwachtingen
Ontvangst was goed, de chef heeft ons even begroet vanuit zijn keuken. Wij hebben het 4 gangen menu gekozen met wijnarrangement. Hapjes bij de apero waren goed en origineel, voorgerechtje was super, tussengerecht was ook zeer goed. Het hoofdgerecht was vrij eenvoudig, hier hadden we toch wat meer originaliteit verwa...

Het hoofdgerecht was vrij eenvoudig, hier hadden we toch wat meer originaliteit verwacht, uiteindelijk is het toch de bedoeling dat je met "dining with the stars" uw restaurant in de aandacht wil brengen en wil laten zien en proeven waar de chef voor staat. Dessertje was "af". De voorgestelde wijnen waren ook over de hele lijn goed, geen toppers maar wel goed. We hebben even de gastvrouw gezien maar die had slechts aandacht voor één specifieke tafel. De chef is ook twee keer in het restaurant geweest maar niet bij ons aan de tafel wat we wel spijtig vonden, temeer omdat het die dag de verjaardag was van mijn vrouw. Een gemiste kans !
Heerlijke gerechten die heel mooi gepresenteerd werden. De bediening was super vriendelijk en vlot. De sommelier deed het ook heel vlot en plezant
Echt lekker gegeten, mooie aangepaste wijnen, zeer aangename bediening, kortom het was af.
Een aanrader voor iedereen , zowel omgeving als smaak en presentatie van de gerechten.

About Restaurant Vivendum*
Restaurant Vivendum* is located in Dilsen-Stokkem in an old Chapelain's house. The restaurant is on the ground floor with a private room for up to 12 people with an open fireplace and a semi open plan kitchen.
Our cuisine is light, refined and innovative with the use of as much local products as possible. In the summer there is a beautiful terrace to enjoy with a view of the flood plains and lake.
On sunny days, the beautiful garden terrace, crowned as the most beautiful terrace in Belgium, is a green oasis of peace.
