Pure verwennerij!
Mooi restaurant!
Bij het binnenkomen onmiddelijk gevraagd voor een aperitief. Hierna zijn we bediend met een paar amuse-jes die van hoogstaand niveau waren.
Een lekker mix van seizoensgebonden groentjes, vlees en vis in 6 of 7 gangetjes.
Al bij al proficiat, ik ga er zeker nog eens terug.
Voortreffelijk, uitmuntend, sterwaardig!
In dit onvervalst (h)eerlijk restaurant sta je als klant in de picture. Het warme onthaal van de gastvrouw in een sober maar clean restaurant doen je onmiddellijk thuisvoelen.
Het plezier van de verschillende hapjes doen direct ondervinden waarom deze kok hoge toppen scoort, het ganse menu met een kunde van eenvoud...
In dit onvervalst (h)eerlijk restaurant sta je als klant in de picture. Het warme onthaal van de gastvrouw in een sober maar clean restaurant doen je onmiddellijk thuisvoelen.
Het plezier van de verschillende hapjes doen direct ondervinden waarom deze kok hoge toppen scoort, het ganse menu met een kunde van eenvoud, gepaard met dat tikkeltje verrassing, perfecte garing geeft u als gastronoom een onvervalst gevoel van warmte en liefde waar de kok mee kookt.
De rust waar de zaal mee speelt om u dan toch belmangrijk te laten voelen is een aspect en troef waar men hier graag mee speelt en wat je als klant graag in ontvangst neemt.
Verstopt in Tienen, ver van de drukte maar zo snel bij de hoofdstad ga ik bij regelmaat de sfeer alsook de culinaire gerechtjes komen proeven, want dit is een verrijking in ons gastronomisch land.
