Te weinig personeel om zo een grote zaal te bolwerken en iedereen service aan te bieden. Het eten was lekker, maar niets uitzonderlijk. Dit restaurant heeft een 14/20 bij GM en wij hebben al restaurants gedaan met minder punten die hoogstaandere gerechten aanbieden.
Fijne Griekse ontdekking: leuke herontdekking
Ik moet eerlijk toegeven,dat ik toch wel wat teleurgesteld was.
Mijn vrouw is Grieks en zij was er zeer tevreden over en zou er een 9 op 10 voor scoren.
Ik ben echter niet overtuigd.
Het eten was op zich wel goed,met als hoogtepunt het hoofdgerecht,dat zeer goed was.

Als ik echter de entourage;de service en de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding er bij betrek,zou ik niet verder gaan dan een 7 op 10,waarvan ik dan een onderscheid zou maken tussen het eten,waar ik dan een 8 op 10 zou scoren maar voor de overige elementen een 6 op 10,dus gemiddeld 7 op 10.
Ik had van een restaurant met een Michelin-ster een beter interieur verwacht,maar het zag er voor mij uit als dat een broodnodige renovatie al 10 jaar op zich laat wachten.
Het was druk en het personeel had de nodige moeite om de tafels te bedienen,met als gevolg dat wij tussen de gangen de nodige tijd hebben moeten wachten.
Op het Internet wordt gesuggereerd dat Notos het beste Griekse restaurant buiten Griekenland zou zijn,maar ik heb daar zo mijn bedenkingen bij.
Mijn vrouw was er zeer positief over en daar was het mij in eerste instantie om te doen en vanuit dat oogpunt was de avond wel geslaagd.
Zou ik het restaurant bij anderen aanbevelen,of zou ik er absoluut nog een keer gaan eten,ik betwijfel het.
