Ronde texturen, mooie presentaties, soepele wijntjes, heerlijke smaakcombinaties, gezellig kader, aangename sfeer.
Chapeau voor de keuken de gerechten waren overheerlijk ,zeer vriendelijke bediening
Zeer lekker gegeten. Alles was top, goed geïnformeerd over de gerechten.
We namen bewust geen foto's, zo konden we maximaal genieten van ons eten.
Topavond gehad, echt een feest
Eten super lekker, we werden warm onthaald en er was ruimte voor informatie en gesprek. Nog een paar kleine verbeterpuntjes wegwerken en het wordt PERFECT.

About Rascasse
In the middle of the green Kapellen lies a special gastronomic gem: Restaurant Rascasse. Being trained at the Hotel school Ter Duinen ” at Coxyde, head-chef Erwin Denys started his culinary experience in very famous restaurants such as De Karmeliet, Follies and Margeaux.
Your guest-lady Caroline Claeys grew up as a youngster in the renowned restaurant La Souricière, run by her parents. Hospitality and passion for the clients were spoon-fed from her early age.
“RASCASSE” means in fact “scorpion-fish”. Chef Erwin prefers cooking with fish, but carnivora will be excellently served as well on their becks and calls. Each yearly-season the taste and freshness of the ingredients are given priority.
From now on Erwin and Caroline are ready to welcome cordially all their customers in their elegant restaurant “RASCASSE”.
