Wij zijn zeer tevreden ook al vraagt het extra tijd vanwege de afstand en drukke verkeer, Kennedy tunnel.
Al klant van bij de start en dat is toch al heel wat jaren geleden.
Het was een eeuwigheid geleden dat we er geweest waren, maar wat een nieuwe kennismaking,mooi kader om in te vertoeven.
Zeer lekker gegeten, vriendelijke bediening, èèn van de betere zaken waar we al geweest zijn.
Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Zeer goede ontvangst in een aangenaam, licht en modern interieur met klassieke elementen.
Het servies was per gerecht mooi uitgekozen en bestond deels uit handgemaakte keramiek, wat we wel kunnen appreciëren. Ook de vorm van de glazen was zeer elegant.

Zeer goede ontvangst in een aangenaam, licht en modern interieur met klassieke elementen.
Het servies was per gerecht mooi uitgekozen en bestond deels uit handgemaakte keramiek, wat we wel kunnen appreciëren. Ook de vorm van de glazen was zeer elegant.
Het eten was over het algemeen lekker tot zeer lekker met een aantal verrassende elementen die geapprecieerd werden, vooral in de 2 desserts. De meeste bordjes misten wel wat kruising maar de peper die op tafel stond maakte dit deels goed. Een opmerking over overbodige decoratie die geen meerwaarde was in 't bord, in 't tegendeel, werd goed onthaald en doorgegeven. Er werd goed ingespeeld op het speciaal verzoek om een paar alcoholvrije drankjes bij de gerechtjes te krijgen. Deze werden zorgvuldig uitgekozen zodat ze goed pasten bij wat er in ons bord lag. De gourmandises die bij de zeer lekkere latte geserveerd werden vielen jammer genoeg wat tegen: het bladerdeeg van het carré confituurtje was niet krokant, de boule de Berlin was niet uitgebakken.
De bediening verliep vlot, persoonlijk en zeer vriendelijk. Er werd ook tijd gemaakt voor een casual babbeltje, wat zeker niet te veel of storend was. Jammer dat op het einde van de avond de tafellakens van de lege tafels al ververst werden en de tafeld ingedekt werden voor de volgende dag. Dit gaf ons het gevoel dat we snel moesten afsluiten.
Al bij al toch een leuke ontdekking en zeker de moeite waard.

Den Silveren Harynck is founded in Sint-Niklaas.
From the outside the restaurant Silveren Harynck rather resembles an ordinary villa. But behind this simple facade lies a beautiful interior design, without excessive frills, but with a harmonious atmosphere. If time permits, you can eat on the terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. You are given a warm and friendly welcome, according to the rules of art, by the hostess Els Vyt, her team, Chef Luc van Landeghem and his kitchen crew. Chef Luc has a personal style. They only work with fresh ingredients according to the different seasons. The menus are creative, you can enjoy special dishes ranging from appetizers until the desserts. The warm welcome, fine cuisine and beautiful surrounding, ensures a successful harmony.
