Klein Buikspek was 80% vet ..

About Brut en Ville
Cuisine: Fusion, Belgian, French
Brut's kitchen is an organic gastronomic kitchen inspired by herbs and techniques of world cuisine. They also distinguish themselves by offering different preparations based on individual smoking.
Brut's goal:
To make people aware of the need to eat better, to consume locally and at the same time to reduce the ecological footprint as much as possible. In addition, they want to revive the tradition of local trade and the accompanying cosiness. Today it is more important than ever to educate and make people aware of the origins of the food they eat.
Everything that is not traditionally made at Brut is the product of another honest, traditional producer. They want to reduce the distance between local products and consumers. At Brut we work in a respectful manner with the products supplied to us from the farmer, producer or breeder.
