De bediening is zoals ik er graag heb, goede manieren, geen moment verliezen ze de aandacht uit het oog en toch kan er nog een lach of een casual praatje vanaf. Wat weer een gemoedelijk gevoel geeft.
Ook de deels open keuken is een leuk extraatje.
Het eten... wel wat kan ik anders zeggen dan dat het top was! Stuk voor stuk lekkere gerechtjes gekregen en iets wat ik toch wel het meest appreciërde is de creativiteit die erin is gelegd.
