Fantastische ervaring. Wij komen zeker terug. Heel aangename en ultra-professionele bediening.
Ik vond het een fantastische ervaring om eens te proeven van de puur plantaardig keuken. En het heeft me aangenaam verrast, ik had op geen enkel moment nood aan een stukje vlees.
Alles dik in orde! Ook voor de vleeseters was er geen enkel gemis, en de vegetariers hadden eindelijk eens een voorwaardig menu! Geweldig!
Lekker eten, mooi kader en personeel professioneel en super vriendelijk maar toch iets te duur voor wat het is, jammer.

In a monumental setting in the historic part of Antwerp, the two-star Michelin chef invites you to restaurant Wildn for a gastronomic journey that is 100% plant-based. The name pays tribute to the property's rich history while also imagining the wild side of nature, referring to the wild herbs, flowers and fermentations that take place in our culinary creations.
Bart De Pooter is a culinary entrepreneur, best known for his restaurant Pastorale, awarded with two Michelin stars and voted the best vegetable restaurant in Belgium in 2018. Bart's cuisine is characterized by balance, simplicity and purity. Fueled by a passion for hospitality, he creates beautiful places and exceptional food to enjoy.
The vegetables for restaurant Wildn come from the agricultural project 'Grondzoekt Boer'. An ecosystem spread over 12 hectares of land, providing land for ethical and sustainable agriculture. The menu is therefore based on the seasons. Each season has its specific flavors and textures. The menu brings a unique vegetable taste experience with the best vegetables, herbs and flowers from our own garden or from local growers. In 2023, Wildn has been awarded a Green Michelin Star for their commitment to sustainability!
